The tenor guitar was popular from the 1920’s through to the 1960’s but struggled to compete once electric guitars took precedence. Recently, with the resurgence of folk music and a rediscovery of the wider range of acoustic instruments they have made a successful comeback. This guitar is based on the early acoustic Tenors that companies such as Martin Guitars produced. It has a sweet sound and complements any acoustic setup.
